Even though the differences between the Epson EcoTank ET-2800 and the Epson EcoTank ET-2760 are difficult to discern, the ET-2800 is more suited for home use and family pictures, and the EPSON EcoTank ET-2760 is better suited for school use and photo printing requirements.
The images taken with the ET-2800 seem superior, with deeper blacks and more accurate color. Automatic duplexing, as well as printing directly from SD cards, are supported, and the ET-2760 prints many more black-and-white pages than its predecessor.

Build quality
The Epson ET-2800 has an acceptable build quality. The input connections are rock strong, and there are no mechanical cracks or squeaks. There is no cheapness about plastic at all. Since there are no proper lid dampeners for the scanner flatbed, the paper tray cover seems to be vulnerable and weak.
It will crash to the ground if you release the grip of the top cover, so take your time guiding it down the slope. It’s difficult to get to the sheet rollers if there’s a paper clog. The Epson ET-2760 has a good design. Power cables may be easily changed if they are damaged and the ink levels are readily visible. With only one paper tray, feeding papers into the printer is a snap.
The scanner lid hinges must be lowered to scan larger items, such as books or magazines. When the scanner lid and flatbed area are lifted, access to the ink super tanks is accessible.

Expected maintenance
To avoid and resolve clogging difficulties, regular maintenance is required on the Epson ET-2760. Maintenance duties like Printhead Cleaning, Power Cleaning, Alignment of the Printhead Nozzles, and Paper Guide Cleaning are all included in the printer’s built-in features. It is possible to reach the printer’s sheet rollers by raising a panel at the rear, however, the area is quite condensed.

Cartridge
The Epson ET-2760 has a super tank ink system that allows it to print a huge number of pages. Because it makes use of four refillable ink tanks rather than disposable cartridges, the ink lasts far longer before needing to be refilled or replaced.
Super Tank ink can theoretically be filled with any third-party ink, but it was not tested during testing and should be avoided since poor-quality ink might harm the print heads and cannot be removed if there is a problem with the printer. The Epson ET-2760 prints at a fair rate when compared to a similar super tank. Printing a single-page document after more than an hour of inactivity may take some time. Even whether printing black-and-white text documents or color prints, lengthier sheets take longer to print.
The Epson 2800 also takes a long time to print. Long documents, such as reports or colorful worksheets, take a long time to print, so plan accordingly. Printing a typical photo on an Epson EcoTank printer may take more than a minute, on average.
